All the ski areas of Grandvalira Resorts open their facilities in summer with a varied range of activities to enjoy with family, friends or as a group.

In Canillo, you’ll find the Family Park Mon(t) Magic, the largest summer activity park in the area, where you can enjoy countless activities for people of all ages. From the longest zip line in the Pyrenees to the water activities area, where you can go canoeing or out on a pedal boat, to the Màgic Gliss 3D experience, among others. Ordino Arcalis offers visitors the opportunity to enjoy nature, either from the Tristaina solar viewpoint, at the peak of Peyreguils 2,701 metres above sea level, with impressive panoramic views.

Either by hiking around the lakes of Tristaina, or along some of the routes of the Sorteny Valley Natural Park, declared a biosphere reserve by UNESCO. In terms of food and drink you can get your strength back at El Forn (Canillo), the Wine & Meat Bar by Jean Leon (Soldeu), the Refugi del Llac de Pessons (Grau Roig) in Grandvalira;  Restaurant La Coma (Pal) or the Moritz terrace (Ordino Arcalis), to name but a few.


Pal, Mountain Park & Bike Park

In the summer this ski resort becomes Mountain Park, offering outdoor activities for the whole family, and Bike Park, a leading international facility in this field, so you can enjoy your favourite MTB style.

At Mountain Park you can enjoy adventure activities throughout the summer, whether on your own, as a couple, in a group or as a family. There are a host of experiences ranging from skill challenges to walking tours, as well as sports circuits and motor excursions, all in a natural outdoor setting accessible to all ages and fitness levels. All the activities are spread across the areas of Pla de la Caubella and Coll de la Botella.

Bike Park is a paradise with more than 40 km of tracks spread over 29 circuits prepared for everything from vertigo-inducing descents to enduro and cross-country, which will put your fitness to the test. Kids can enjoy the Kids Bike Park, where they can get a safe introduction to MTB. Mountain Park also offers a variety of dining options.

Get your strength back at L'Expresso, El Xiringuito or El Grill - Coll de la Botella. You can also try the house specialities of Cow Bella, El Pla de la Cot or the snacks at the cable car, always with prior booking.
 

Naturland

The open-air activity centre, located in the forest of the La Rabassa in Sant Julià de Lória, has two areas with attractive options for children and adults alike.

At Altitude 1600 you can try several summer activities designed for families, while at Altitude 2000 you can enjoy horse rides and mountain biking routes at the Naturland Bike Centre. You can also take 4x4 excursions and learn everything about the Principality’s native flora and fauna in the nature classroom. 

You can choose from several places to eat if you get hungry: at Altitude 2000 sits the Borda de Conangle restaurant and brewery; at Altitude 1600 is El Foc restaurant, the Restaurant-Cafeteria 1600 and several specialist venues including Racò Express, El Xiriburguer and El Ràco dels Arrosos, among others.
 


Outdoor activities

In addition to the countless activities available at our resorts, there is a host of other ways to enjoy the outdoors, such as hikingcycle tourismclimbingdescents, and mountain bike and e-bike descents, among others.
 

Hiking for everyone!
 

For those who love to walk in the mountains, in summer Andorra offers a wide and varied network of routes and itineraries to enjoy every inch of the country. From easy routes such as the Les Pardines route, or the Green Ring route, to something more difficult, such as the ascent to one of the highest peaks in Andorra, Pic del Comapedrosa, the roof of the country, standing at 2942 m above sea level. You set the limits!

If you like cycling, you’re in luck! Summer in Andorra has a great deal to offer to cyclists. Andorra has cycling routes distributed throughout every parish. You can go from small trails or forest tracks to whole stages or cyclo-tourist getaways. You will find paved and well-marked routes throughout the country, to enjoy the activity with all the services you need.
 

If mountain biking is your thing, check out our mountain bike routes, especially designed to enjoy every kilometre. A summer activity that you can do both under your own steam—with the information and the corresponding tracks—or under the guidance of specialists. You will also find a number of e-bike routes, perfect for sharing with the whole family.
 

This activity is complemented by a wide range of bike rental services for mountain, road and e-bikes, as well as repair services, bike-friendly accommodation and others.
 

And if you like climbing the walls...

If thrills are more your thing, you have to try our via ferratas and climbing routes: with almost 30 different routes, you can choose the level and style that best suits you. You’ll find easier routes you can try with your children, along with more expert routes that require better technique and physical conditioning. Likewise, you’ll also find several climbing walls where you can climb in a totally safe environment.
