We are just a stone's throw away from major cities in north-eastern Spain and southern France, such as Barcelona, Zaragoza, Lleida and Toulouse. These cities offer convenient road links to the Principality, which is served by regular bus services, operating on a daily basis. Of course, travelling by car is also a great option at any time of year, with access to the Spanish border (Farga de Moles) and the French border (Pas de la Casa). It usually takes two to three hours to reach Andorra, making it the perfect destination for a short break.

If you live further away, you can use the cities listed above as transfer points, arriving by high-speed train or plane from other parts of Spain (e.g. Madrid, the Basque Country, Valencia), France (e,g, Paris, Lyon) or even the rest of Europe. Besides its proximity, the ease of visiting our country is another added advantage. European citizens and those from the Schengen area do not need to apply for a visa: simply present your valid ID card or passport to enter Andorran territory.
