If you are like us and love nostalgia, you should know that in Andorra you have a total of 6 campsites and a free camping area where you can pitch up for the night while on holiday.

Found mainly in the parish of Canillo, you will also find them in La Massana, Ordino and the centre, in Andorra la Vella. All of them have the necessary services to guarantee you a stay deserving of your best memories!

Glamping for lovers of luxury

This alternative to camping is popular in Andorra. As its name suggests, glamping is a portmanteau of the words camping and glamour. A perfect option for all those who love camping but don’t want to give up some of the comforts of home. Decorated with soft fabrics and high-quality warm textiles, these cosy tents have everything you could need to enjoy a unique night.

The location of Sedornet, which is the name of this unique campsite, is another of its attractions: Located in the middle of a forest in Ordino, all tents are at an altitude of 1650 m. With this, you can not only enjoy the magnificent views over the valley, but you will find yourself in a natural and wild environment that is full of life, colour and contrasts. If you are a nature-loving adventurer, then this is the option for you! Time simply flies by here, walking the paths and mountain trails and, before you realise it, it’s time to go home.

It doesn't always have to be this way, however, and distributed throughout the country you have 30 mountain shelters where you can spend the night and follow on with your route when the sun rises. Prepare to spend a night under the stars, surrounded by nature at its most alive.

But if you’d prefer a more comfortable option and not have to carry your sleeping bag on your back, among other things, you should know that 4 of these shelters—Comapedrosa, Jucla, Illa and Borda de Sorteny—are fully equipped to offer a more comfortable stay.

The facilities include showers, sleeping mattresses, bedding and a minimum catering service, among other things. This will be a perfect option if you decide to come with the family, or with your partner on a romantic getaway.
 

Halfway between the charming huts and the most comfortable hotels, you will find rural houses. Surrounded by nature and tranquility, you will enjoy a unique and comfortable stay. They are all decorated with noble materials and rustic elements: stone walls, wood finishes, fireplace... all offering that feeling of home.
